Matjari

Matjari is a marketplace. Sellers list their own items and are responsible for them. Think of it as your own shop: we bring you the buyers, and our photo search lets someone find your product from a picture, which sells it faster than a search box ever will.

There is no limit on how many products you can list, and listing is free. No fees per item, no cap, no upgrade to unlock more.

What you sell must be legal. No drugs, pills or medicines. No adult or sexual content. No weapons, stolen or counterfeit goods, live animals, or anything you do not have the right to sell.

Do not put links in your listings — not to other apps, not to other marketplaces, not to any website.

Do not put your social media accounts in your listings, and do not upload screenshots of your social profiles as product photos.

Do not put your phone number in a listing, a product title, a description or an image.

Buyers reach you through the messages and offers in the app, and that is where you answer them. Once an order is placed you get the delivery details you need. Pulling buyers out of the app is the fastest way to lose your account.

Orders are paid on arrival, in cash, directly to the seller or their courier. We never take card details and we do not process payments.

The contract of sale is between the buyer and the seller. Price, condition, delivery and returns are the seller's responsibility.

Offers are proposals, not sales, until the seller accepts one.

You can cancel any order yourself before it ships. That costs you nothing.

After it ships, cancelling counts against your completion rate.

If fewer than 65% of your orders end up completed, your account can be suspended. Sellers pack and travel for every order; ordering with no intention of receiving wastes their money.

We can cancel any order ourselves if it looks suspicious, and we do not have to explain the pattern that triggered it.

Scams, fake orders, payment fraud and impersonation get the account removed, and we will pursue them legally where the law allows.

Only a verified buyer can review a product, and only after their order has been delivered. Everyone can read reviews and see how many units a listing has sold.

Reviews must describe your own experience. Paid, traded or retaliatory reviews are removed.

One account both buys and sells. Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

You can delete your account at any time from Account → Settings. Deleting removes your login, your listings and your messages. Completed orders are kept as a record of the sale, with your personal details removed, because the other party to a sale is entitled to their copy of it.

There is no tolerance for offensive, hateful, sexual or abusive content, or for harassment.

Anyone can report a listing, a review or a message from inside the app, and can block a seller so their items and messages disappear. We review reports, remove violating content, and eject the accounts responsible.

Questions, reports and takedown requests:

Account details: your name, email and, if you give one, your phone number.

Order details: the name, phone, city and address you enter at checkout, and what you ordered. Sellers see the details of their own orders so they can deliver.

Content you create: listings, photos, reviews, offers and messages.

Device basics: an anonymous device id that lets us recognise your reviews, blocks and saved orders without an account.

A photo you use to search is sent to our server, matched against listings, and not kept afterwards.

A photo you attach to a listing is stored and shown publicly with that listing, which is the point of it.

The app asks for photo-library access only to let you pick a picture, and camera access only when you take one.

There are none to collect. Orders are paid on arrival, in cash, so we never see or store card or bank details.

Sellers see what they need to fulfil your order. Other shoppers see your reviews and your public listings.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Sign in with Apple gives us only the identifier Apple issues and, if you allow it, an email address — which may be one of Apple's private relay addresses. That works fine.

Account → Settings → Delete my account removes your account, your listings and your messages, and revokes the Sign in with Apple connection.

Completed orders are kept as a record of the sale with your personal details stripped out, and your reviews stay but stop being attributable to you.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted:
